Wife's driving experience and insurance rates

My wife got her G license about 5 years ago. We live in Toronto. She has been on my policy since she got her G1 license in 2003. She is currently an occasional driver on that policy. At what point, generally, does my wife's accident free driving experience start to result in lower rates? Driving Record and InsuranceHi Kevin, Your rates should be improving every year that she is accident free. If she had her G2 since 2004 or 2005 then she has 6 years of clean driving history. With most carriers that should get her their best rates (for that factor - other information applies as well). Maybe it is time you shopped around?
