My wife has a Dui conviction before we met, now we reside in the same home my insurance company wants to have her information, according to them all license holders in the same home have to be registered, She does not drive my car and has no need to. Can she provide a letter to the agent stating that she does not and never will drive my car to keep her off my impeccable driving record?
Wife With DUI
Hi Rob,
You should ask for the OPCF28a endorsement which would exclude her from your policy. She would never be able to drive your car while the endorsement is in place. Please be sure to discuss this further with a licensed insurance representative.
