My wife drive a car 2 or 3 time a month only...DO I HAVE TO INCLUDE HER IN MY INSURANCE...
or can she be cover in my insurance..........

Absolutely. She has to be listed on your policy. With most carriers, any licensed driver in the household must be listed on the policy.
