what should I do after a minor accident?

I just had a minor accident this morning. My car hit the car in front of me when her car suddenly stopped while making a right turn. The her cars' rear bumper has a little dent, so does my car's front bumper. The dent on her bumper noticable if you look carefully. There were two people in the car. They got my insurance and driver's license's information. I got the driver's (her) card with cell phone. They will come back to an estimate of repairing the car. We drove away, didn't report to policy or any collision center. There was no other witness either. Also, she is working some personal injury law firm. Now, I am still waiting for them to come back to me about the estimate or maybe some injury cost (I think she might try to get some compensation). What should I do if they want me to compensate for her "injury" since she is working a firm doing this kind of business. She was a little shakey right after the accident but it's very obvious a 24-year old woman should be injured by something so small like this. But there was no other witness, I don't know what can I do if they want to get some big compensation for this.
Minor Accident - Not Going Through Insurance
Hi there,
Sorry to hear about the accident.
If you and the other driver agree not to go through insurance you could have her sign something she is not going after you for further damages. Otherwise you might be open for a lawsuit down the line. But this is something that a lawyer should advise you on. Which canada-insurance-source.com is not.
If you go through insurance, you will be listed as at fault and it will likely impact your rates. However, you won't have to pay for damages to the cars or for personal injury.
Most times it's better just to go through insurance to be sure that everything is settled above board.
Don't let this drag on too long without reporting to insurance.
Good luck. I hope it all works out for you.
