Suspended Driver

My step-son has a suspended license. He drove his wife's car and their insurance got canceled. Can/should we insure her car? What if he drives it again? Will it affect our insurance on our cars?

Hi Sue,
I'd leave it up to them if I were you. If you insure the car and let them drive it, you are responsible for their claims.
If you choose to insure their car, you are supposed to transfer the ownership into your name.
This is not an ideal situation, any way you look at it.
