My spouse and I are separated and not living together, do I have to list her on my car insurance as a second driver?I have two cars insured.
Separated Spouses
Hello,
If she is not driving the cars, does not live with you, and you are truly separated, then there should be no reason why she would be listed on your policy.
You could verify with your insurance company.
