speeding on 401

got ticket speeding 401 at 132/km hr.near Brockville last ticket 2008 march for 115 in 100 km similar area of 401. not sure if it will affect insurance rates. have highest rating now as driver. am with RBC for 2 years. am 51 years old female.will be affect my insurance rate? should I fight it. am gaining 4 demirit points.
