Rear ended another vehicle ontario insurance but in quebec
I am from ontario. i was travelling to quebec and ended up rear ending someone in a rental car it was due to my brakes failing and i couldnt stop it was either go into oncoming traffic or hit the vehicle. would i be covered there with my ontario insurance and also is it at all the rental companies fault due to the brakes failing?
