Can I be primary driver on two vehicles, i drive a mustang for 6 months out of the year and have put my son down as occasional driver on the policy, my daughter is also a new driver and is going to get her own vehicle, can i also be primary on that vehicle if its listed as owned by me and have my daughter as secondary, since i dont drive mustang the other 6 months of the year?
Primary Drivers of Vehicles Reply
Hi Maria
It ultimately depends on your insurance companies rules. In most cases your daughter will have to be the primary driver. In most cases if there are three drivers and three vehicles, then the rule is that each driver must be assigned as primary to each vehicle.
It would seem very unlikely that your daughter won't be listed as primary.
