Is it possible to buy short term auto insurance to go with the MTO short term permit? If you can't get that, can you get a minimum 30, 60 or 90 day policy term?

Hi Tracy,
Most, if not all, car insurance company's in Canada will not give a short term policy (unless you already have a policy with them and add a car for a day or two).
The shortest policy on the market (that I am aware of) is 90 days and is available here:
