Park the car on the road without insurace?

We have an older car that we are saving for our son when he gets his G2. For the time being we don't drive it. Can we legally park it on the road without insurance? It has valid stickers and plates.
Parked Car and Insurance Question
Hi Tammy
You'd really have to check the Highway Traffic Act for the legality of this. And you might need to check local bylaws.
If it gets stolen or damaged in any way you obviously don't have coverage.
