Not driving, do I need insurance?

Hi there, I am licensed with my G2 but I DO NOT drive.. EVER..our insurance company keeps calling insisting that I get registered. A while back, I learnt of a form that can be filled out in this circumstance, alleviating me from having to purchase insurance and stating that I will not drive under any circumstance.
