Hi there, I am licensed with my G2 but I DO NOT drive.. EVER..our insurance company keeps calling insisting that I get registered. A while back, I learnt of a form that can be filled out in this circumstance, alleviating me from having to purchase insurance and stating that I will not drive under any circumstance. Do you know the name of this form?

Hello Driver,
Some companies will allow this situation if you are willing to sign OPCF28A. This excludes you as a driver. No benefits will be paid if you take the car and have an accident. You would be driving without insurance.
Depending on the circumstances, you might not find a carrier that will provide this option. If the current company won't do it, try shopping
