by Andrew
(Brampton, Ont, Canada )

My friend got into a not at fault accident with my car. I am the only listed driver on my auto policy. Will I have any problems with my insurance company.

Hi Andrew
You shouldn't have any problems, assuming the accident is not at fault.

You wont have any problems witht eh insurance company, but if your friend doesnt have auto insurance, then the aciident will stay on your policy and could be rated for it if it was at fault, but as u stated it is not at fault so u wont get charged more.. but it will stay there untill it is excluded from the polciy they only way to do that is to prove its on you friends auto policy. eitehr way ur not paying more
