no insurance
I had an accident in 2009 other driver charged and didn't realize that my policy had been cancelled just prior due to non payment, as I was on vacation. I now am driving again and have to go with a new insurance company and was wondering if I can still be charged with not having had insurance at the time of the accident if the company realizes this.
Driving Without Insurance and Accident
Only the police can charge you. So if you didn't get a ticket then you should not get one now.
