No collision on vehicle

I have a question about a driver with liability insurance but no collision on a vehicle. If the driver with no collision is involved in an accident in which they are not at fault, will the insurance company fix the vehicle ?
No Collision and Claims Process
Hi Kevin,
Good question. The answer is yes they will (assuming there is no reason why they shouldn't ie excluded driver in the accident).
The key to this is understanding the fault determination rules. There are events that an insured might feel is not at fault, that the insurers say is at fault. For example, people who have single car accidents due to bad weather are often surprised to learn that they are at fault. In which case collision coverage would not apply.
Be sure to discuss this when you buy insurance or cancel the coverage.
