Need to cross-list as occasional drivers?
(Ontario)
Right now myself and my fiance are living together. We both have our own cars and our own insurance, although they are with the same company and we're actually getting a multi-vehicle discount.
We do drive each other's cars on occasion. Do we need to list each other as occasional drivers on the policies?
Would this cause a rate increase? I assume they are already charging accordingly given that they know the full situation.
Two Policies in Hosue
Hi there, it sounds like the insurer has reviewed your files since you are getting the multi vehicle discount. But you should be listed on each others policies if you drive each others cars regulary. Give them a call to discuss.
