my parked car was hit but I don't have insurance.
My car was parked and a car backed into it. I don't have insurance and the person that hit my car said he will pay for the damage. I got an estimate how much it will be and when he saw it he changed his mind and wanted to do it but using his insurance. I don't have insurance so does this mean I'm left with nothing and the person that hit my car will just get away with hitting my parked car?? This is so frustrating. Because you are supposed to have your car insured, it will be a frustrating process. But in the end it's his fault. At least that's my opinion on this one...
