Maximum Rate Increase Answer
Many insurers raised rates in 2009 and in the start of 2010. Belair raised rates three quarters in a row for an average rate increase of 10.84%:
- 5.10% rate increase approved in the fourth quarter of 2009
- 3.17% rate increase in the first quarter of 2010
- 2.57% rate decrease in the second quarter of 2010
