Do all companies mail the policy holders once a year?

Hi Bob, yes, that is the case. A policy holder should receive an annual statement with a summary of the benefits, beneficiary and payment schedule.

I can't think of an example where this is not the case. The information varies a little from company to company. But an annual contact is the minimum you should expect.

If you are not getting correspondence from your life insurer then I suggest you contact them.
