Is there a waiver form that can be signed to promise not drive a certain vehicle?

My wife and I are currently insured as principal drivers for each of our cars and our son is insured as occasional driver(G2). We recently purchased a sports car that will only be driven seasonally and in fair weather only, he will never be permitted to drive it. Can he sign some kind of waiver and remain an occasional driver? WaiverHi Ron, No there isn't a waiver for that. That said, many insurers will allow you to pick which vehicle(s) a driver is listed on. You might need to shop around to find one.
