Is there a Grace Period allowed while transferring auto insurance

Is there a grace period while transferring license from Sask. to Ontario. Ontario license has been obtained and waiting for driver abstract info and driving record from Saskatchewan Government Insurance. Need to know if there is insurance on vehicle while waiting?

If the policy from Saskatchewan is still in force, then you might be ok. But I don't know all the details of your situation or the SGI policy. If you canceled the old policy then you definitely do not have coverage.
