Is the Premium for Occasional Drivers mandatory in Ontario's new law?

I am the only driver of my car--no one else because I am a single. Occasional DriverHi Peter If no one lives with you, and no one drivers your car occasionally, then there should be no premium for an occassional driver. If the insurer knows that there is an occasional driver, they can charge for it. Please be sure to discuss this further with a licensed insurance representative.
