Insurance while a spouse is DWI and unlicensed

I lost my license (driver's) and arranged to change my life so I don't require driving anymore. My wife uses our van to go to work and drive the kids to school.
I don't intend to be driving for the foreseeable future and need to find insurance so my wife can continue on with her life as best as possible.
Since I am no longer a driver, will my wife's insurance still be higher because of my conviction as long as we are living together?
DWI impact on Spouse's Policy
If you are unlicensed, your wife should be able to get a policy without you affecting her rates. The moment you have a license, you will be added to the policy which will impact rates (for the foreseeable future).
