Insurance too high. Is it possible to get insured by a company in Quebec?

Hello,

I am a resident of Toronto, Canada. I have a G class license although my license has been suspended a few times from not paying fees and I do have a few tickets.

All insurance quotes I've got so far have been extremely expensive. I am wondering if I can purchase insurance from a company outside of Ontario like Quebec, register the car there and drive it here in Ontario? Hopefully the insurance will be cheaper?

I have received quotes from almost everyone in Ontario and can't seem to get any luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

That sounds like a bad idea. You would have to misrepresent yourself to get the coverage. The best you can do is shop around and work on improving your record.
