My insurance policy is valid up to November 5, 2010.

I have a plan to go oversea's for a month vocation.
I will not be here in Ontario from December 01, 2010 to December 31, 2010. I only need to get a policy for a period for November 2010.

The next I would like to have after coming back in Jan 2011

Most policies are offered for 6 months to 1 year. There is a carrier that offers a 3 month policy. You should buy a full term policy and see if the insurer will let you reduce coverage to comprehensive only while you are away. Then you'll be covered if the car is stolen.
