I had a fire in a main bedroom and could not use this area for 25 days while the adjuster was doing the paper work am I entitled to a loss use fee for this area and how it disrupted our lives: ex sleeping on floor?
Loss of Use, Home Insurance
In Ontario, Canada, if you had to live somewhere other than your home, due to a claim, you would be covered under the "Additional Living Expenses" portion of your policy.
It sounds like your policy wordings are very different from an Ontario or Canada Home Insurance policy.
