Husband not on insurance policy

My Husband had an accident in my car, he was hit by another car, my Husband is not in my insurance policy, my insurance is full cover, is our insurance going to pay for all the damage.

Most likely, your insurer will pay for the damage.
This is a big area of concern for insurers. Too many people are not reporting all of the drivers in the household. It would not be a surprise if some claims were denied for material misrepresentation in cases like this.
