high risk driver?

My husband and i had auto insurance with a company for 3yrs. recently we decided to switch to another company as the rate was lower. we made the move and 4 days later our broker called to say the other company refused to take us as my husband has 2 tickets 1 for speeding?(2009) and second for improper turn(2010). our old insurance company refused to take us back and now we are stuck. Our broker found us a company that would take us but off course the insurance is higher than our previous one. My husband has a 3rd ticket now(rolling stop) should we inform our broker or wait till my husband has a court date on it? Am afraid we wont be able to get insurance.
Third Ticket in Three Years
Most insurers will refuse coverage if someone has three tickets in a three year period. That will leave you with even higher rates. If you and your husband are very lucky, he will get out of the ticket.
