HAD A NO FAULT ACCIDENT IN A BARROWED UNINSURED CAR AND WAS INJURED AS A RESULT WHAT HAPPENS NEXT HOW DO I GO ABOUT RECOVERY FOR MY INJURIES AND THE COST OF THE CAR?
Borrowed car
You will have to sue the owner of the borrowed car for injuries. The cost of the car is up to the owner as it was their responsibility to insure it. I don't think this is a case where you can go to the uninsured motorist fund but you could investigate that as well.
Please be sure to discuss this further with a licensed insurance representative.
