Getting uninsured car to mechanic for safety inspection
Since purchasing a newer car, about a year ago, i canceled insurance policy on my older vehicle which has sat in my driveway ever since i purchased newer car. I will now need to have this older car on road again. In order to insure it once again, I am required to update safety inspection on the car. My question is, how do i get uninsured car to licensed mechanics shop for safety inspection? Is my only option to have car towed to licensed mechanic?
Getting Car to Shop
Hi there
You can get the car towed, or deal with a mechanic that has plates.
Please be sure to discuss this further with your insurer. Oh, and by the way, are your rates too high? Check here:
