G1 license got into accident

I have a car and i lent to my gf and got into a big accident where she failed to yield to a traffic and got hit by two cars from left to right, my car is totalled. My question is, can i still claim my insurance though she is a G1 license only? G1 Driver In AccidentHi Wali, If she was driving by herself, which violates the terms of her license, then there is a good chance the claim would be denied. You won't know until you put the claim in.
