My insurance company will not cover my frozen hot tub. Upon inspection there was burnt wires, during severely cold weather. what can i do?

It depends on your policy wording and why the wires burnt. If your policy excludes hot tubs, you have no recourse. If the hot tub is covered but the burnt wires were due to something that is excluded in the policy, you have no recourse. The first step here is reading your policy, and asking your insurer to explain the decline in writing.
