fleet insurance/ ownership

(Richmond Hill)
I am buying a car and I wish to insure it under the company I work for. The company has fleet insurance, the dealership I am buying it from says I can have the car ownership under my name, and have it insured under the company name. However my boss says to qualify for fleet insurance the car must be under ownership to his company. Is this true? and is there anyway I can get around this without declaring my boss full ownership of the car I OWN?
Fleet Insurance
Your boss is right. You need own a fleet to insure a fleet. There is nothing in it for your boss to add you to the policy.
