Father driving my car
(Ontario, Canada)
Is it o.k. for my father to drive my car on occasion? Say an emergency? I live with him and he already has his own coverage for his own car?
Father Driving Car on Occasion
Hi there,
Yes, you can lend your car to any licensed driver. You are responsible if they have an accident /claim.
If anyone drives your car on a regular basis they should be added to the policy.
And if you live with your father he should technically be listed on your policy.
