driving my friends car

(Scarborough, Ontario, Canada)
My friend told me to drive her car for an errand. Would I be able to drive the car? If I get stopped by a police enforcer, could I use the insurance of the car?
Driving Friends Car
Hi Lester,
Yes you can drive your friends car without being listed on her policy. You need to be sure that she has insurance and that you have her permission.
Please be sure to discuss this further with a licensed insurance rep.
