Daughter has own car and own insurance, but drives my car also
by Susan

Even though my daughter has her own car and her own insurance, she also drives my car at times. Do I need to list her on my policy as a second driver? She is a renter in my residence.
Daughter Living in House With Own Insurance
Hi Susan
You should discuss with your insurer. The majority will just want to confirm that she has coverage elsewhere and will document that. They likely won't insist on adding her to your policy since she has her own car and insurance.
Hope that helps!
