Company Vehicle Who Gets the Ticket?

by Lisa

If my employee is driving my company vehicle with an expired sticker, who do the police charge, my company or my driver? My employee has still not shown me the ticket as he said he would take care of it but now I'm worrying what if he didn't pay fine?! (It was an honest oversight on my company's part and I did go the following day & get emmissions test & new sticker).

Company Vehicle - Who Gets The Ticket

Hi Lisa,

The driver of the vehicle gets the ticket. But you are right to insist that you get proof that he paid it.

Please be sure to discuss this further with a licensed insurance representative.
