Common-law has DUI

I have 2 vehicles and want to insure them both. A few of the companies that I contacted tells me I must put my boyfriend on my policy because he does have a license. The problem is is that I don't want to insure him because he does not drive my vehicles. He has to decided not to drive until the restriction is lifted off his license. Are there companies out there that will not force me to insure him under my policy?

Yes, some companies will be willing to insure you if he isn't driving the cars. You and he will have to sign a declaration exlcuding him from the policy to do that. Please be sure to discuss this further with a licensed insurance representative.
