Common Law Partner At Fault Accident on my insurance
My common law partner and I shared a lease on a vehicle. We were both listed on lease.
We used my insurance company although, he was listed as primary driver and I was secondary (he used car 85% of time).
This summer, he was in an at-fault accident and the car was a total loss. We are also in the midst of separating. Will his accident/claim follow me or just him?
Thanks in advance.
