changing my insurance policy
I called my insurance company to have my daughter taken off my policy as an occasional driver as she has a car and is insured under her father's policy. Why does my company insist in knowing if she has insurance and with what company? All I want to do is have her removed from my policy.
I didn't think it was that much of a deal. It seems they are more than happy to take your money but not to give it back to you.
Daughter off of Policy
The insurers want to know that your daughter is listed on a policy somewhere. It's a common practice. If they didn't ask for proof everyone would just say their kids are covered somewhere else.
