Car accident without insurance
I got an accident in the parking lot my insurance was expire and we didn't call the police. And try to make settlement ourself but few days later the other parties file the accident to his insurance company and went to police station to file an accident report. So the call me to come down and file the report too. My question is can the police gave me a ticket for driving without insurance when I go down to file my report? What should I do?
