(Toronto,Ontario, Canada)

My policy was canceled for non payment. I was issued a new policy on Sept.30th, the Agent advised me that my monthly premium due on the 30th of each month. However, the insurance company continued to deduct the premium on the 17th of each month which resulted in my policy canceled for non payment.

Non-Payment of Premium

Hi Tab
Sorry to hear about it. Sounds like a miscommunication by your agent. Unfortunately it is up to you to check your documents when they come in the mail to see when the payment is actually coming out.

Make sure to get new coverage ASAP.
