Borrowing Car

Hi there,
I borrow my bosses car from time to time. I currently am insured under my moms insurance policy but I do not live with her. If I were to get into an accident would it go under my moms insurance or my boss?

When you borrow a car, you borrow its insurance. You are risking that the car does not have adequate insurance (or no insurance)
